This policy explains how Europe Makine collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through this website, our enquiry forms and our sales conversations.
1. Who we are

We collect this information from you, your organisation, your correspondence with us and our service providers. We may also receive lawful business contact information from referrals or public business sources.
3. Pala and AI-assisted messaging
Pala is Europe Makine’s AI sales assistant, not a person. Pala uses the information in your form and replies to understand the enquiry, ask relevant qualification questions, update the sales record and route the conversation to our team. Conversation content may be sent to our contracted AI service provider for this processing.
Pala does not set prices, approve a distributor or franchise applicant, enter contracts, or make the final commercial decision. A person reviews commercial decisions. You may reply HUMAN or otherwise ask for a person at any time; automated qualification will stop and the enquiry will be handed to our team. You may reply STOP to end automated follow-ups and sales emails.
4. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only as reasonably needed to operate the service, including to:
- Europe Makine personnel and authorised sales representatives;
- Kilij, which supports the website, CRM, attribution and related operations on our behalf;
- hosting, security, email and AI service providers, including Cloudflare, Microsoft and Anthropic;
- professional advisers, insurers, authorities or counterparties where required by law, to protect rights, or in a business transaction.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use enquiry data for third-party advertising.
5. Marketing and cookies
Marketing consent is optional and is not required for us to answer an enquiry. You can withdraw it through any unsubscribe instruction or by contacting us. We may still send service or transaction-related messages where appropriate.
The site currently uses only technical functionality needed to deliver and secure pages and forms; it does not currently deploy advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any consent control required by law.
6. California privacy rights
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may request access to specific information, correction, deletion and information about our collection and disclosure practices, and may exercise applicable rights to opt out of sale or sharing or limit use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used for cross-context behavioural advertising, do not knowingly sell or share information about people under 16, and do not offer financial incentives for personal information. We therefore do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share” link. If we begin a practice that requires one, we will add the required control and honour applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.
Submit a request using the contact details in section 1. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the information. An authorised agent may submit a request with proof of authority. Some information may be retained where an exception applies, including to complete a transaction, maintain security, comply with law or establish and defend legal claims.
7. International processing and security
Our operations and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. We use contractual, organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This business website and its sales services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and change the “Last updated” date. Questions and privacy requests should be sent using the contact details in section 1.
