Car wash equipment: touchless, rollover, tunnel and truck wash
Touchless, brush rollover, tunnel and heavy vehicle wash systems, built in our own facility.
Europe Makine designs and builds car wash equipment for touchless rollovers, brush rollovers, conveyor tunnels and truck and bus gantries. Our in-house R&D team designs custom washing systems to customer demand, and we build them in our own 1,500 m² facility.
We have over 30 years of experience in the production, sales and after-sales service of automatic car wash machines.
Our car wash machine range
Five machine lines cover cars, vans, minibuses, buses and trucks. Under a rollover the vehicle stands still while the machine travels over it. In a tunnel the vehicle rides a conveyor past fixed equipment. The truck and bus gantry travels along a parked vehicle.

SUNRISE W4000 / W4700
Truck and bus gantry
A gantry on rails at 400 cm gauge with two vertical brushes and one horizontal brush. Washes vehicles up to 285 cm wide and 420 cm (W4000) or 470 cm (W4700) high.
Touchless, rollover and tunnel washing
We build all three formats: touchless rollovers, brush rollovers and conveyor tunnels. The choice comes down to how the vehicle is cleaned and how many vehicles pass through.
Touchless rollover
The Acrobat 2X cleans with high-pressure water and chemical foam alone. Its arms move in six axes and detect the vehicle profile, so the front, back, sides and top are all reached. It suits vehicles whose finish or livery must not be touched, including wrapped, matte and freshly finished cars.
Brush rollover
The Ephesus and Cirrus 5N travel over a parked vehicle on floor rails and clean with brushes. Both use a Brush Swing system. The Ephesus runs 10 different program forms from a digital operator panel that counts the vehicles washed on each program.
Conveyor tunnel
In a tunnel the vehicle moves and the machinery stays put. Each car passes through active pre-soaking, power brushing, surface protection and high-velocity drying in order. A second conveyor speed clears queues at peak times.

How to choose car wash equipment for your site
Choose by the vehicles you wash, the length of your site and the volume you expect. Work through these five steps, then send us the answers for a proforma quotation at no charge.
-
Measure your tallest vehicle
The Ephesus takes cars, vans, jeeps and minibuses up to 300 cm high. Buses, coaches and trucks need the SUNRISE gantry, which washes up to 420 or 470 cm.
-
Measure your site length
The Acrobat 2X needs a plant length of 6.5 to 15 m and the Ephesus runs on a 10 m rail. A tunnel starts at 9 m, with standard modules to 30 m and longer lines built to order.
-
Decide on touch or touchless
Touchless suits vehicles whose finish or livery must not be touched, including wrapped, matte and freshly finished vehicles.
-
Count your peak traffic
Rollovers wash one vehicle at a time in a single bay. A long tunnel washes up to 130 cars an hour.
-
Request a proforma
Send us your site and the vehicles you expect to wash. Drainage and options are confirmed at the proforma stage.
Commercial car wash equipment for high-volume sites
For high-volume sites, we build the conveyor car wash tunnel. Every tunnel is configured to its site: the arch sequence, the optional equipment and the conveyor length. A compact build starts at 9 m, standard modules run to 30 m, and longer tunnels are built to order for up to 130 cars an hour.
- Horizontal brush system with digital pressure control
- Chemical dosing pump for shampoo, foam and varnish
- Digital operator panel with color screen and point-by-point fault diagnostics
- Touchless photo-optical operation, collision control and emergency stop buttons at both ends
We built, installed and operate the conveyor tunnel at Ali's Car Wash in Ocala, Florida, using commercial car wash equipment from our own range.
Vehicle washing equipment for trucks and buses
The SUNRISE W4000 and W4700 are our vehicle washing equipment for buses, coaches, rigid trucks, vans and trailers. A fleet with its own wash cleans vehicles regularly, with no wait lines.
- Chassis wash nozzles at the line entrance, spraying at 7.5 to 10 bar
- Robotic side-surface wash with 70 to 100 bar pulsating jets
- Hydrowash brushless option with high-pressure water robots at 20 and 30 bar
- PE plastic or soft brushes, with automatic programs per vehicle type
- Winter option that drains water and chemicals below +4 °C
Compare every option for heavy fleets on our truck and bus wash systems page.
We also build rail wash systems. See our train and metro wash systems.

Frequently asked questions.
How much does car wash equipment cost?
We quote per site, so the price depends on the machine, the options and your site. The Acrobat 2X plant length is specified per site, and a tunnel is configured by conveyor length and arch sequence. Send us your site details and the vehicles you expect to wash, and we return a proforma quotation at no charge.
Which car wash machine fits a small site?
The Acrobat 2X can be installed even in the tightest spaces, with a plant length of 6.5 to 15 m set per site. The Ephesus brush rollover runs on a 10 m rail with a 300 cm rail gauge. Both wash the vehicle while it stands still and the machine travels over it.
Should I choose a touchless or brush machine?
Choose touchless for vehicles whose finish or livery must not be touched, including wrapped, matte or freshly finished vehicles. The Acrobat 2X cleans with 100 or 200 bar water and chemical foam, with no brushes. Choose a brush rollover such as the Ephesus or Cirrus 5N if you want brush washing with a swing system.
How many vehicles per hour can each machine wash?
The Ephesus washes a vehicle in 2 to 2.5 minutes, and the SUNRISE W4000 in 5 to 6 minutes. For the Acrobat 2X, the Cirrus 5N and the conveyor tunnel, tell us your vehicles per day at peak and your opening hours. Send them with your request for a proforma quotation.
What utilities do the machines need?
Each machine needs power, water and compressed air. The Ephesus needs 380 V at 50 Hz, 3 kW, water at 3.5 bar and 60 to 80 lt/min, and air at 6 bar. The Acrobat 2X needs 400 V, 75 kW for all units and air at 6 bar. Drainage is confirmed at the proforma stage.
Who installs and services the machines?
We do. We install every machine, and our Florida company in Greenacres installs and services our machines in the US, with after-sales service once they are running. Send us your site details first, so the proforma quotation covers the right machine, options and layout for your site.
Can your equipment wash trucks and buses?
Yes. The SUNRISE W4000 and W4700 wash buses, coaches, rigid trucks, vans and trailers up to 285 cm wide. The W4000 washes up to 420 cm high and the W4700 up to 470 cm. Both run on rails at 400 cm gauge with two vertical brushes and one horizontal brush.
Where is the equipment made?
We build every machine in our own 1,500 m² enclosed manufacturing facility. Our in-house R&D team designs custom automatic washing systems to customer demand. We handle production, sales and after-sales, and supply Turkey and markets including Germany, Poland, Italy, Romania, Azerbaijan and the UAE.
Do you have a presence in the US?
Yes. Europe Makine ve Dis Ticaret LLC is a Florida company based in Greenacres. It installs and services our machines from its Florida base, where our service technicians and spare parts stock are. We also built, installed and operate the conveyor tunnel at Ali's Car Wash in Ocala, Florida. Call +1 561 825 7363 to talk to the team.
How much maintenance do the machines need?
On the conveyor tunnel, point-by-point fault diagnostics on the operator screen pinpoint the component that needs attention. The Acrobat 2X and the Ephesus are designed for low operating and maintenance costs. Our after-sales service supports every machine once it is running.
Can I add options to a machine later?
Every machine is modular. The Cirrus 5N takes optional components at any time, the SUNRISE installs optional accessories without consuming extra space, and the Acrobat 2X and the Ephesus take optional equipment. A tunnel is configured with its arch sequence and optional equipment at the proforma stage.
Can you build and run the whole car wash?
We build it, and you run it. Our We Build It You Run It service secures a commercial site, works through zoning and permits, and installs machines from our range. We hire and train the crew and hand over an open wash with membership, payments and daily reporting set up. You bring the capital and the intent to operate.
