Trucks, buses and trailers

Roll-over wash systems for buses, coaches, rigid trucks, vans and trailers. The SUNRISE W4000 washes to 4.20 m high and 2.85 m wide, travelling on fixed vehicle rails, with chassis spray, PLC control and an optional brushless high-pressure Hydrowash for liveried vehicles.

Metro trains and rail vehicles

Wash systems for metro trains, light rail and rail vehicles, engineered to order. Specified around the trainset profile, the depot road and the cycle time available per set. Modular construction, PLC control, water recovery specified per project.

Cars, vans and light commercials

Four systems for cars, vans and light commercials: a touchless six-axis rollover, three and five brush rollovers, and a modular conveyor tunnel from 9 to 30 m washing and drying 30 to 60 vehicles per hour.

Chassis wash

Sequential nozzles traverse under the vehicle at 7.5 bar, clearing the salt and road film that brushes never reach.

High-pressure side and wheel unit

Rotating V-jet nozzles at 70 to 100 bar on pressure registers driven by the water itself, for sills, arches and rims.

Control

Industrial PLC with ten wash programs, a counter per program, and fault signalling that reports the address of the fault.

Construction

A1-grade DKP steel, hot-dip galvanised and electrostatic powder coated against corrosion.

Cold weather

Below +4 °C the winter evacuation drains water and chemical lines and turns the brushes so nothing freezes solid.

Installed and warranted

Door to door shipping, free installation and six months warranty on every catalogue machine.
