The Acrobat 2X runs on 400 V, with 35 kW installed for washing only, 33 kW for drying only and 75 kW for all units. It needs feedwater at 3.5 / 4 bar and compressed air at 6 bar and 20 lt per minute. The Acrobat 2X washes vehicles of all sizes up to 2.20 m in height and 2.20 m in width. It suits vehicles whose finish or livery must not be touched, and wrapped, matte and freshly finished vehicles can be washed without abrasion. For buses, coaches, rigid trucks and trailers, we build the SUNRISE heavy-vehicle gantry.

The Acrobat 2X uses no brushes. Water at 100 to 200 bar and chemical foam do the cleaning, and the nozzles send vibrating, pulsating water that cleans without damaging the vehicle. Wrapped, matte and freshly finished vehicles can be washed without abrasion, and a pressure adjustment valve lets you set the water pressure.

Choose a touchless rollover such as the Acrobat 2X when the finish or livery must not be touched: it cleans with water at 100 to 200 bar and chemical foam, without brushes. The Ephesus uses two vertical brushes and one horizontal brush, and the Cirrus 5N uses four upright brushes and one horizontal brush. All three are PLC controlled.

The Acrobat 2X is built for low operating and maintenance costs. All metal parts are hot-dip galvanized and finished with electrostatic paint, and the pump groups sit on a special chassis inside a protected cabin. Inverter speed control on every movement gives significant energy savings, and our after-sales service supports the machine once it is running.

Yes. We sell, install and service it in the US. Our US company, Europe Makine ve Dis Ticaret LLC, is based in Green Acres, Florida, and installs and services our machines from there.
