Roll-over wash systems for buses, coaches, rigid trucks, vans and trailers. The SUNRISE W4000 washes to 4.20 m high and 2.85 m wide, travelling on fixed vehicle rails, with chassis spray, PLC control and an optional brushless high-pressure Hydrowash for liveried vehicles.
W4000: 4.20 m high, 2.85 m wide, for buses, coaches, vans and trucks. Moving gantry on fixed vehicle rails, modular for optional equipment without extra footprint.
Horizontal and vertical brushes with pressure control, in PE plastic or soft brush. Optional Hydrowash washes without contact by high-pressure water robots.
Dedicated chassis-spray nozzles for underbody washing.
Automatic push-button winter evacuation, triggered below +4°C, to prevent freezing in the lines.
A1 grade DKP steel with electrostatic powder coating. Hot-dip galvanization option for corrosion protection to international standards.
PLC computer control with automatic programs per vehicle type, manual control option, and 24 VDC traffic-light indication at the bay.
