How it is specified.
Set handling
Specified on cycle time per set and the length of road the wash occupies, not vehicles per hour. Set length and number of sets set the envelope.
Profile
Cab ends, roof equipment, door recesses and inter-car gaps treated on the same pass. Brush and nozzle layout drawn to the vehicle profile.
Depot integration
Drawn to the existing running line: track geometry, structure gauge, clearances and the electrification already in place.
Brush or brushless
Contact or high-pressure without contact, specified per project against the livery and the finish.
Water recovery
Recovery and recycling specified in from the start against the volume per set and the site discharge consent.
Control
PLC computer control, automatic programs, manual override, attended or unattended operation.
