Key features.
Touchless rollover
Acrobat 2X: two movable arms on a supporting bridge moving in six axes, no brushes, 3 to 5 vehicles per minute of operation time, water pump pressure 100/200 bar.
Brush rollover
Ephesus: 2 vertical and 1 horizontal brush with Brush Swing, 2 to 2.5 min per vehicle. Cirrus 5N: 4 upright and 1 horizontal, 24 to 32 vehicles per hour wash only.
Conveyor tunnel
Modular from 9 to 30 m, 30 to 60 vehicles per hour, dual-speed conveyor, pre-soak, power-brushing, wax and contour-following overhead drying.
Control and safety
Centralised industrial PLC, digital pressure control, soft start and stop on every brush, collision control, and emergency stops at entrance and exit.

Ephesus three-brush rollover
The vehicle stays still and the machine travels over it on rails. Two vertical brushes and one horizontal, under PLC control.

Conveyor tunnel
The vehicle moves and the machinery stays put. Built to the length of the bay available, from a short express tunnel to a full thirty metre line.
